Forum), a premium cannabis producer, has announced its second quarter financial results for the three month period ending June 30, 2021.
The Company achieved net revenue of $12.4 million with strong gross margins of 41% and a record adjusted EBITDA of $2.1 million – its fourth consecutive quarter of positive adj. EBITDA.
