Wondr Gaming Corp. (CSE: WDR, Forum)’s aggregate gross proceeds raised in accordance with the offering was $10 million through the issuance of an aggregate of 50,000,000 units.

The company had made a name for itself by building partnerships and fostering community within the esports, professional sports, and music industries through loyalty & rewards, NFTs, and media business.

It is through brand partnerships hosted on its loyalty platform that Wondr Gaming generates revenue, as well as through the sale of NFTs focused on esports, professional sports and the music industry, and through direct media and programmatic sales hosted on GameLancer’s 20-plus owned and operated channels, featuring over 1 billion monthly views and 25 million-plus followers.

Wondr Gaming made news earlier this month when it acquired JoyBox Media Inc., a media network and marketing agency that works with celebrities, brands, and creators to deliver content to communities across digital through paid media, influencer campaigns, and viral platforms.

CEO Jon Dwyer noted in the media release that JoyBox is a Shorty Award nominated short-form video content studio, that has produced campaigns for global brands including Wondr’s recent Samsung partnered Call of Duty stream, with NBA All-Star & Wondr director of strategic athlete engagement, Fred Vanvleet. Joybox will provide a new revenue stream for Wondr, while enhancing their own in-house production capabilities.
