ROUYN-NORANDA, Dec. 20, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - LOUNOR EXPLORATION INC. announces that at the Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on
December 19, 2012, the following directors have been elected: Gilles
Fiset, Rodrigue Tremblay, Albert Campbell, Camille St-Hilaire, Laurent
Hallé and Robin Harvey.
The accounting firm of Dallaire & Lapointe Inc. has been re-appointed as
auditors. Lounor also announces that the shareholders of the
Corporation have approved the modification to the stock option plan
increasing the number of stock options that can be granted in
accordance with the stock option plan of the Corporation from 5,000,000
to 8,000,000. The shareholders approved the resolution ratifying the
new by-Laws of the Corporation replacing the general By-laws of the
Corporation.
The new Board of Directors of Lounor Exploration Inc. will have its
first meeting in January 2013 and will then elect the officers and the
members of the audit committee.
