CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE Amex: CVU) today announced
that its President & CEO, Edward Fred, will present at the Noble
Financial Capital Markets Ninth Annual Equity Conference on Tuesday,
January 22, 2013 at 10:30 am ET at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in
Hollywood, FL.

Access to the site is public and the webcast will be available live and

Additionally, CPI Aero announced that in 2012 it received approximately
$81.6 million in new contract awards, compared to a record of $83.6
million in 2011. Of note, included in the 2012 amount are contract
awards that have yet to be announced.
