Vornado Declares an Increased Quarterly Common Dividend of $.73 per Share, a New Indicated Annual Rate of $2.92

Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO), today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a regular quarterly dividend at the increased rate of $.73 per share, a new indicated annual rate of $2.92. The former annual rate was $2.76 per share. The dividend will be payable on February 19, 2013 to shareholders of record on January 28, 2013.
