MONTREAL, Jan. 21, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) will issue its fourth-quarter and year-end 2012 financial and operating results tomorrow, Jan. 22, 2013, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).

CN's senior officers will review the results and the railway's outlook in a conference call/webcast at 1 p.m. ET Jan. 22.
