* A system in which grid power purchased from power companies, together with energy (electricity and heating) generated by privately owned electrical power facilities (gas co-generation, solar power generation) owned by LLP members, are controlled and optimized through a Community Energy Management System (CEMS) that can flexibly distribute energy (via selective distribution) throughout the industrial area.
