So far there was a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks before the company could get the iMacs shipped to customers. Ever since they were launched last November the company has been having problems catering to the supply of the redesigned iMacs. Senior Apple executives including Chief Executive Tim Cook have confessed that the iMacs were seeing significant supply shortages and this had led to a negative impression in the market.
In fact recently Cook had also attributed the low sales figures of the iMacs to the supply problems the company was facing.

The last time that News Feed had a major overhaul was in September 2011, when the News Feed updates started incorporating ads as well, apart from status messages.
While there are very few details available about what the company is planning, a general consensus is that there might be more user control over content that one wants to see on the home page.
