Lake City Bank Parent Announces 12% Increase in Quarterly Dividend

WARSAW, Ind., April 9, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lakeland Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:LKFN), parent company of Lake City Bank, announced that the Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of 2013 of $0.19 per share, payable on May 6, 2013 to shareholders of record as of April 25, 2013. The quarterly dividend represents a 12% increase over the quarterly dividends paid in 2012.
