Clough Global Allocation Fund, Clough Global Equity Fund and Clough Global Opportunities Fund Announces Appointment of Vincent W. Versaci to the Board of Trustees

Today, the Clough Global Allocation Fund (NYSE MKT: GLV), Clough Global Equity Fund (NYSE MKT: GLQ) and Clough Global Opportunities Fund (NYSE MKT: GLO) announced that the Board of Trustees of the Clough Global Allocation Fund, Clough Global Equity Fund and Clough Global Opportunities appointed Hon. Vincent W. Versaci as a Trustee of each Fund effective March 14, 2013. Judge Versaci has served as a Judge and Supreme Court Justice in the State of New York since January, 2003. Currently, Judge Versaci is assigned as an Acting Supreme Court Justice and presides over the Surrogate's Court for Schenectady County, New York. Previously, Judge Versaci has served as an Adjunct Professor at Schenectady County Community College and a practicing attorney with an emphasis on civil and criminal litigation primarily in New York State Courts.
