PACEpartners Inc. (PACEpartners) (TSX VENTURE:PIA.P) wishes to announce that on April 19, 2013, the date it completed its "Qualifying Transaction" under the capital pool company program of the TSX Venture Exchange, it granted an aggregate of 2,884,377 options to certain directors, officers, consultants and employees of PACEpartners and its operating subsidiary, Vivione Biosciences, LLC at an exercise price of $0.25 per share, exercisable for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of the grant.
