Sama Resources Inc. Continues Under the Canada Business Corporations Act

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 14, 2013) - Sama Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SME) ("Sama" or the "Company"). Further to Sama's News Release dated May 09, 2013, the Company is pleased to announce that, effective May 13, 2013 (the "Effective Date"), it has continued its jurisdiction of incorporation from British Columbia into the federal jurisdiction of Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act. As of the Effective Date:

• the Company's name is "Sama Resources Inc./Ressources Sama Inc." and the Company may refer to either of the English or French version as it so determines;

• the Company altered its share capital to consist of an unlimited number of common shares and an unlimited number of preferred shares, all without par value; and

• the Company altered its by-laws to include the advance notice by-law.

The Certificate and Articles of Continuance and the Company's by-laws will be available on SEDAR under the Company's profile at www.sedar.com.
