Computer Modelling Group Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend and Declares Special Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 22, 2013) - The Board of Directors of Computer Modelling Group Ltd. (TSX:CMG) ("CMG" or the "Company") announces a 12.5% increase in CMG's quarterly dividend to $0.18 per Common Share. In addition, CMG also declares a special dividend of $0.05 per Common Share. The combined quarterly and special dividends of $0.23 per share will be paid on June 14, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2013.
