Cintas Fire Protection Joins BOMA International as a Leadership Circle Partner

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International announced the addition of Cintas Fire Protection (NASDAQ: CTAS), a leader in the fire life safety industry, to its Partnership Program. As a BOMA Leadership Circle Partner, Cintas Fire Protection pledges to support BOMA’s vital programs in advocacy, education and research.

BOMA International’s Partnership Program, developed in 2004, allows companies to invest in their own success and viability, as well as that of the building management industry. With three levels of participation—Cornerstone Partner, Leadership Circle Partner and Supporting Partner—the program demonstrates the commitment of leading organizations to support BOMA International with the resources to advance its various initiatives that benefit the entire commercial real estate industry.

Cintas Fire Protection specializes in the testing, inspection, maintenance and repair of all types of fire protection equipment, including portable fire extinguishers, emergency lights, fire and smoke alarms, sprinkler systems and more. As the exclusive provider of the Value Inspection Program, Cintas is committed to advancing complete fire safety in facilities across the country.

“We are pleased to welcome Cintas Fire Protection as a Leadership Circle Partner and we look forward to working together with Cintas to develop a variety of new means to serve the commercial real estate industry,” commented BOMA International Chair Joe Markling, managing director of Strategic Accounts with CBRE. “Cintas’ participation in the Partnership Program assists BOMA in continuing to provide our members with valuable programs, resources and industry representation.”

“This partnership is a great opportunity to continue to advance knowledge of fire protection requirements and promote safety and compliance and to help BOMA International continue delivering exceptional programming to property professionals,” said Tommy Thompson, vice president of Sales for Cintas Fire Protection. “A facility’s fire protection systems are a critical component in creating a safe environment. Through this partnership, building managers will have greater access to our industry expertise, empowering them to make informed decisions when managing their life safety systems.”
