During the events, Brandon Hall’s Chief Strategy Officer Michael Rochelle will present his firm’s research on talent trends and offer advice on executing successful talent management strategies. Steve Parker, SumTotal’s vice president of solutions, will share best practices based on his experience as a former HR executive for designing HR strategies, identifying and deploying HR processes and selecting HR technologies. Each breakfast will also feature a SumTotal customer or partner who will share specific experiences and advice for implementing and evolving talent management within their organizations.
