MillenMin Terminates Windpass Option

TORONTO, June 12, 2013 /CNW/ - MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSXV: MVM) ("MillenMin" or the "Company") announces that it has given notice to the optionor, Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. ("Nevada CMI") to terminate MillenMin's option to acquire an undivided 70% interest in the Windpass gold property (the "Property") situated 10 Km east of Little Fort in Central British Columbia, pursuant to the option agreement dated March 7, 2012.

The Company has decided to abandon its work on the Property and to return the Property to Nevada CMI, having fulfilled all the obligations and commitments thereunder. This decision was made on the basis of the Company's further review of the 2012 drilling results on the Property as summarized in a News Release dated January 23, 2013.

MillenMin currently 100% owns 11 uranium claims totalling approximately 18,983 hectares in Northern Saskatchewan. The Company has also engaged Ping Dong, Ph.D., P.Geo. to prepare a 2013 uranium exploration work program, and intends to seek additional acquisition opportunities for uranium properties in the Athabasca Basin region.
