Ms. Chichelo is responsible for overseeing advances in technology, client care and information gathering through electronic and mobile channels.
Ms. Chichelo has worked in the financial services industry for over 40 years providing information technology, customer service and operations expertise. Most recently, she was employed at Atlantic Stewardship Bank and Pinnacle Federal Credit Union where she headed back-office operations, IT, marketing and customer service initiatives while also introducing electronic and mobile channels. Previously, Jeanne worked for First Fidelity and Carteret Savings Bank providing expertise in electronic operations, mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Chichelo completed programs in executive leadership at Wharton school of business, Cornell and Dartmouth College as well as certification classes at the Disney Institute in quality control and excellence in customer service. A resident of West Caldwell, Jeanne plays an active role within her local church and supports school children with autism.
