QHR unveils new corporate brand

QHR unveils new corporate brand

KELOWNA, BC, July 25, 2013 /CNW/ - (TSX-V: QHR) QHR Corporation on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary, QHR Technologies Inc. ("QHR" or the "Company") a leader in the Canadian Healthcare Information Technology sector has unveiled new branding for its Corporate, EMR, EMS and RCM business divisions. The Company is also launching a new website today, to reflect the new branding.

The fast-paced growth of QHR has included thirteen acquisitions in Canada and the United States over the last ten years. Each acquisition brought a company or assets, people and products with their own look, feel, identity and corporate culture. This resulted in many identities across the divisions with different, yet actively used, logos in addition to more than ten different websites.

"This is an exciting time for our employees, our clients and our investors.  We are extremely proud of the new corporate brand that brings us all together under one identity and we are all looking forward to sharing our new image publicly," says Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO, QHR Corporation.

Through a series of staff focus groups, online surveys and employee interviews, the marketing team at QHR, in collaboration with an external marketing agency, managed to incorporate the feedback and ideas of the entire organization into the brand development process. A great deal of effort was given to creating a succinct brand vision for a company with such diversity.

"Upon arriving at QHR in October 2012, one of my first areas of focus was to create an overarching umbrella brand that would encompass the various divisions and products that QHR has to offer. We needed a brand that could provide continuity while also affording the divisions' opportunity for individuality. The launch of our branding kicks off a new era at QHR that speaks to who we are as a company and unites the multiple divisions we have serving the Healthcare community," says Jim Wilson, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, QHR Corporation.

QHR is looking into the future with new energy and a great new look; the new brand will provide a cohesive and clear structure for future growth. As the company looks ahead, the intuitive structure this new platform provides, allows the agility QHR needs to continue to lead in the healthcare sector.
