To Accommodate a Spike in Demand for its Workflow Management Suite, BuilderMT Expands its Team

MSFT

BuilderMT, the widely-acknowledged market share leader in workflow management solutions for home builders, today announced that it has expanded its team of employees and contractors in response to a dramatic uptick in demand among home builders for BuilderMT’s multi-award-winning Workflow Management Suite. Additionally, the caliber of the new team members who BuilderMT is adding is truly superlative, as the Company continues to demonstrate that it can draw the very top talent in North America.

Today, BuilderMT welcomes Patti Lawrence, a new Quality Assurance Engineer, and Julie Sanchez Sharabi, a Documentation Expert. Also new, Brian Henry will manage BuilderMT’s new product development for the BMT Cloud project, the NAV Accounting Integration and the Integration Layer that will link BuilderMT to its allied partners’ technology solutions. BuilderMT also welcomes Todd Williams, who has extensive background in residential construction, as its new Agile Scrum product manager. Mr. Williams’ position is a unique one, because he will also use his deep industry knowledge to consult with BuilderMT’s “advisory clients,” to ensure they have a voice in BuilderMT’s on-going development strategy. In another development, Nancy Mitchelmore will now lead BuilderMT’s new Excel-based Liberty Reports project.

The news of new team members at BuilderMT follows a remarkable series of announcements for the Company. BuilderMT just announced that it added ten new enterprise home builders through July of this year, accounting for more than 2,000 new housing starts. BuilderMT continues to outsell all of its competitors combined. Additionally, Constructech magazine recently named BuilderMT as the market share co-leader (with Microsoft, NASDAQ: MSFT) for residential project management software. Today, BuilderMT holds a 20% market share position, double its market share from 2011.

“We have been fielding new customer requests from home builders at a rate that far exceeds even our ambitious 2013 projections,” said BuilderMT’s President Tom Gebes. “Accordingly, we’ve increased the size of our team so that every home builder using BuilderMT can avail itself of the industry’s most-advanced workflow management system. As we grow our company, we increasingly recognize that BuilderMT is entirely unique in the partnership we have developed with our clients. We hear time and again from our competitors’ clients that our competitors are not interested in collaborative product improvement. They are interested in charging high license fees and recurring support and maintenance payments, which they rarely invest back into the software. Maybe we’re #1 in the market and have won dozens of awards because we are so focused on two key things: our customers and our software solutions.”
