Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement with the
city of Pueblo, Colo., for Tyler’s Munis®enterprise
resource planning (ERP) and Incode® municipal court
case management solutions. Tyler will provide the city with an
integrated municipal software system to support the delivery of
government services and activities. The city will also benefit from best
practices learned from Tyler’s experienced staff, and significantly
improve the city’s customer service and business processes through self
service applications.
Tyler’s Munis and Incode
solutions will replace the city of Pueblo’s antiquated, disparate
systems that prevented data sharing across departments and involved
burdensome manual processes. To help meet its efficiency goals, the city
invested in a wide range of Munis
and Incode applications, including financial management, human capital
management, court case management, content management, and citizen and
employee self service.
“Tyler’s integrated system enables the city to be a one-stop shop for
our vendors and citizens to conduct city business, and provides our
employees with the functionality needed to do their jobs,” said Lori
Pinz, Pueblo’s director of information technology. “With Tyler’s
evergreen approach to continually investing in software development, we
can rely on the Munis and Incode solutions to be fully supported and
keep its robust functionality.”
“We are pleased that the city of Pueblo chose Tyler solutions to help
meet the needs of multiple functional areas,” said Richard E. Peterson
Jr., president of Tyler’s ERP & School Division. “The city will benefit
not only from the integration between the Tyler products, but also the
consistencies in implementation methodologies and support processes.”
The city of Pueblo is a home-ruled municipality located in southeastern
Colorado and has an approximate population of 106,600.
