Buyer Group International, Inc. Enters Financing Agreement For Warrants and Receives Draft Standby Letter of Credit from Top World Bank 200 Million EUR

Buyer Group International, Inc. (OTC Pink: BYRG) the (Company) has executed a Cashless Warrant exchange of Warrants at $0.0625 per share in exchange for direct confirmation of 200 million EUR Standby Letter of Credit from Top 25 World Bank, provided by LoneStar Capital Group LLC, who will activate the SBLC upon receiving $390,000. Warrants contain a redemption provision at $.25 per share or may be converted for 800 Million EUR worth of common stock and expire September 30, 2014. Warrants will also provide coverage for loans and investments made on behalf of Arco Hills Silica a Silica project valued at $16 Billion in 99.8% Silica pledged to the company.
