Legend Power Extends Expiry Date on Warrants and Issues Stock Options

VANCOUVER, Aug. 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Legend Power Systems Inc. (TSX-V: LPS) announces that:

1. It has extended the expiry date of 16,029,664 warrants by a year to September 28, 2014 at an exercise price of $0.15. These warrants were previously issued in March 2012 for expiry on September 28, 2013. The warrant exercise price remains unchanged.
    
2. It has granted incentive stock options to employees, officers and consultants to purchase up to 2,451,900 common shares for a period of 5 years at $0.10 per share. These options vest within six months.
