The delay in reporting our financials is due to having to consider the impact of events that arose subsequent to the year-end date of the audited financial statements, as required by the International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"). Specifically, the items being reviewed relate to asset valuation and valuation of data.
The review of subsequent events may require the Company to alter its annual financial statements and related notes.
The Company expects to release its financials within the coming days.
