iSIGN Provides an Outlook Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 25, 2013) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, wishes to provide an update on various items.

The Company is going forward with its plans to develop and build its newest product, the Smart Player. The all-weather Smart Player will combine the ability to manage digital signage and mobile messaging, with the ability for wireless connectivity. In addition, it allows for an increased number of mobile devices that can be communicated with at one time beyond what is presently allowed by our Smart Antenna.

iSIGN is also moving forward with an upgrade to its Smart Antenna to allow for better communications with the latest version of iPhones.

The Company has received a written request from its distributor, GraphicMedia, Inc. ("GraphicMedia") for the remaining balance of 5,500 units outstanding from their November 2012 purchase order. This request is for 3,500 upgraded Smart Antennas and 2,000 Smart Players, with delivery to be no later than early in the first calendar quarter of 2014, subject to the production of units. These units will be for the fast food and restaurant channel as well as for installations into the gas station/convenience store footprint.

iSIGN is currently in discussions with major data companies, both national and international, on the data that the Company has gathered and continues to gather from its various installations. Our focus during the next quarters will be on increasing our data accumulation and expanding our relationships with data companies.
