InvestView, Inc. (OTCQB: INVU) ("InvestView") InvestView, Inc. today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Martel Capital, LLC a FINRA registered broker dealer. It is anticipated that the transaction will close within 120 days subject to regulatory approvals.
Martel Capital, LLC, a registered broker-dealer will enable InvestView, Inc. to participate in commission sharing of brokerage transactions and the expansion of institutional brokerage relationships.
This is an important acquisition so we can more fully participate in the revenue potential of InvestViews platform and educational services. Each of our subscribers demonstrates a significant increase in trading activity as a result of our products, we can now participate with U.S. brokerage firms to share in this trading commission, said Dr. Joseph Louro, Chief Executive Officer.
