Rigrodsky
& Long, P.A. announces that it is investigating potential legal
claims against the board of directors of Official Payments Holdings,
Inc. (“Official Payments” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ GM: OPAY)

ACI Worldwide, Inc. (“ACI”) (NASDAQ GS: ACIW)
in a transaction valued at approximately $109 million.

for Official Payments’ shareholders before entering into an agreement
with ACI. According to Yahoo! Finance, at least one analyst has set a
price target for Official Payments stock at $10.00 per share.
