Washington Real Estate Investment Trust Announces 208th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

ROCKVILLE, Md., Oct. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- WRIT's Board of Trustees announced today a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share to be paid on December 31, 2013 to shareholders of record on December 16, 2013.

This is WRIT's 208th consecutive quarterly dividend.

WRIT is a self-administered, self-managed, equity real estate investment trust investing in income-producing properties in the greater Washington metro region.
