BlackRock(R) Announces Final October Monthly Cash Distributions for the iShares(R) Premium Money Market Fund

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK), today announced the final October 2013 cash distributions for the iShares Premium Money Market Fund. Unitholders of record on October 28, 2013 will receive cash distributions payable on October 31, 2013

Details of the final "per unit" distribution amounts are as follows:
