WASHINGTON, Oct. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Zhongyangmeiyi International Trading Co., Ltd., a Beijing Company, and Sanhe City Luck Sky Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Xiangtian USA Air Power Company, a Delaware Corporation OTCQB Ticker (GOAS)) based in Yanjiao, Hebei, signed an Initial Sales and Cooperation Agreement for Xiangtian's "natural energy power generation system." This agreement will provide for further cooperation and sales of electrical generation equipment to Zhongyangmeiyi International Trading Co., Ltd.

The agreement provides for Zhongyangmeiyi International Trading Co., Ltd. to utilize the green power generation equipment in the Company's agricultural processing areas. It will also allow for the expansion of cooperation across all of the enterprises administered by the Company.
Luck Sky Group Natural Energy Power System is a new energy production invention. This system provides energy by utilizing solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, tidal energy, water hammer potential energy and all the available natural energy as a raw power.
