Videotron, ranked as Québec's best telecommunications provider,(1) is taking another trailblazing step by creating a Pro team. The Pros are customer experience sales reps who offer customers customized guidance in the use of Videotron products and services. They will provide free one-hour information sessions on Videotron's technology and its entertainment ecosystem, designed specifically for residential customers. The Pros' advice and support will also be available to business customers of Videotron Business Solutions and Videotron's Mobile service.

Videotron customers will be able to make an appointment with a Pro by contacting Customer Service or at the store. They will be able to tap into the Pros' expertise to find out more about their new Personal Video Recorder, video on demand, illico.tv, setting up their smartphone, or to get information about any other Videotron product. Information sessions will be available at the time and corporate store of the customer's choosing. They will be able to count on personalized support tailored to their needs, useful technological info and answers to all their questions.

The Pros will help customers explore the technological possibilities of Videotron's line of products and services. They will use a multi-screen set-up(2) similar to what customers have in their homes to give demos and show the synergies among Videotron's content delivery platforms, products and their functionalities. The free training will enable customers to get the most out of interactivity.
