Keyera Appoints New Member to Board of Directors

CALGARY, Jan. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - Keyera Corp. (TSX:KEY) ("Keyera") is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas C. O'Connor to its Board of Directors effective immediately.

Mr. O'Connor has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry.  Most recently he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DCP Midstream LLC and Chairman of DCP Midstream Partners LP.  Prior to that he held executive positions at Duke Energy Corp., including CEO of Duke Energy Gas Transmission.  Mr. O'Connor has completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

"With his wealth of knowledge of the midstream and natural gas industries, Tom will be a valuable addition to the Board," said Robert Catell, Chairman of Keyera's Board of Directors. "We look forward to having him as part of the Keyera team."
