Real Estate Group recently provided $6.45 million in financing
to Civic Center Parking Associates LLC for Civic Center Parking, a
438-space, five-story parking garage, and its two adjacent 39-space
parking lots. Civic Center Parking is located at 165-191 Washington
Street, Providence, RI, adjacent to Trinity Repertory Company and is
directly across from Hasbro’s new office building. The two parking lots
are located at 143 Washington Street and 132 Fountain Street in
Providence, RI.

the City of Providence, or patronize the restaurants, shops and
