Seagate Technology plc (NASDAQ: STX) today announced that the company is
the presenting sponsor for this year’s 16th Annual GRAMMY Foundation®
Legacy Concert, “ A Song is Born,” featuring live performances by GRAMMY®
winners Steve Cropper, Barry Mann, Kris Kristofferson, Bonnie Raitt,
Mike Reid, Jimmy Webb, Joy Williams of the Civil Wars, Paul Williams and
Cynthia Weil, and GRAMMY nominees Gavin DeGraw, Skylar Grey, John
Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, Allen Shamblin, and J.D. Souther. The
concert will be held during GRAMMY Week on Jan. 23, 2014, at the Wilshire
Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles.

the GRAMMY Foundation’s mission of recognizing and preserving our
musical past, so that future generations can continue to benefit from an
