Vanguard Announces Cash Distributions for the Vanguard ETFs (VAB, VSB, VSC, VDY and VRE)

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. today announced the final January 2014 monthly cash distributions for Vanguard Canadian Aggregate Bond Index ETF (VAB), Vanguard Canadian Short-Term Bond Index ETF (VSB), Vanguard Canadian Short-Term Corporate Bond Index ETF (VSC), Vanguard FTSE Canadian Capped REIT Index ETF (VRE) and Vanguard FTSE Canadian High Dividend Yield Index ETF (VDY) listed on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Unitholders of record on January 31, 2014 will receive cash distributions payable on February 5, 2014. Details of the “per unit” distribution amounts are as follows:
