(Nasdaq: QCOR) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share ($1.20 per share on an annual basis). The dividend will be paid on or about April 25, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 18, 2014.
