TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 19, 2014) - EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.058 per common share for the month of February 2014. The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2014. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
