Deal With MotoBanc to Offer Innovative Financial Solutions to Sao Paulo's 220,000 Motorcycle Couriers

SAN DIEGO, March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Payout, Inc. (OTC Pink: GOHE) announced today that it has signed its first agreement in Brazil and expects several other agreements to follow as a result. This first agreement is with ABRATRAM, an association committed to the professionalism of the city of Sao Paulo's motorcycle couriers. Through MotoBanc, ABRATRAM's financial services provider for these couriers, ABRATRAM will complement an essential part of their mission to its member organization by providing customized payment solutions together with cash management options and member benefits. With over 220,000 couriers in the city of Sao Paulo and 2,000,000 in the greater Sao Paulo metropolitan area, the agreement with Global Payout creates a unique B2C solution that will enable MotoBanc members to perform their jobs more efficiently and safely, while accruing certain other membership related benefits.

The signed agreement calls for an expected initial delivery of 10,000 prepaid cards upon rollout. The full activation of these accounts and prepaid cards for ABRATRAM will result in significant transactional revenue to Global Payout in 2014, commencing in the third calendar quarter.

Global Payout's contract provides MotoBanc's couriers with a prepaid debit card solution along with money transfer options through its Consolidated Payment Gateway (CPG) platform. In addition to a more secure method of payments and disbursements through Global Payout, ABRATRAM will also provide its MotoBanc couriers with the option to receive health, life and liability insurance as well as preventative motorcycle maintenance programs. Each of these transactions will be managed by ABRATRAM through the Global Payout's CPG. This new and custom program will promote a new level of responsibility, professionalism and public safety to the city's motorcycle couriers and delivery professionals.

The motorcycle couriers in Sao Paulo are responsible for a variety of tasks from pizza delivery to the payment of utility bills for their customers. By utilizing the prepaid debit card, motorcycle couriers can reload their cards and manage various payments without the need to carry large amounts of currency during their workday. Reducing the need for cash-based transactions gives motorcycle couriers an added level of security and minimized risk while working in the field. MotoBanc will create the infrastructure through various locations in Sao Paulo to offer motorcycle couriers with a dedicated physical space with access to all of ABRATRAM's services during their busy workdays.

Jim Hancock, Global Payout's CEO stated, "Our unique and proprietary Consolidated Payment Gateway platform is opening huge opportunities on a global scale. And ABRATRAM and MotoBanc are opening the door for many additional opportunities in Brazil and South America. We look forward to building additional relationships in the region by solving many of the challenges that are present for international companies."
