(OTCQB: DNAX) makers of DNA Energy Drink, the winner of the 2010 and 2012 "World's Best Tasting Energy Drink" title and DNA energy coffee announced that it has promoted Eric Fowler to the positions of President and CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Fowler was previously the Company's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a position he held since joining the company in January 2013. Mr. Fowler succeeds Darren M. Marks who resigned to pursue other interests, but will remain as a director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Marks said, "Eric's experience and leadership is instrumental in the implementation of the Company's new business plan. Eric has spearheaded our rebranding efforts, giving the Company a complete new look while expanding our already 'award winning' energy drink line.
