renewable chemicals company that produces a family of commercially
proven bio-based products, today announced it has named Jeff MacDonald
as its Chief Operating Officer. In this newly created position, Mr.
MacDonald will lead the Company's business development, sales,
operations and product development activities.

Prior to joining EcoSynthetix, Mr. MacDonald was Vice-President of
Marketing and Business Development and member of the executive

leadership roles in sales and operations, and led the establishment of
Husky's Asia-Pacific business. Mr. MacDonald holds a Master of Business
Administration degree from McMaster University and a Bachelor of
Science degree from the University of Western Ontario.
