Zions Bancorporation Board Declares Dividends For Common And Preferred Shares

SALT LAKE CITY, April 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend is payable May 29, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 22, 2014.  The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly cash dividends on the company's various perpetual preferred shares.  The cash dividend on the Series A, F, G, H and I shares are payable on June 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2014. The cash dividends on the Series J shares are payable on September 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2014.
