HealthCare Corporation (NYSE MKT: NHC) (NYSE MKT: NHC.PRA), the
nation’s oldest publicly traded long-term health care company, announced
today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 34 cents per common share
to shareholders of record on June 30, 2014 and payable on September 2,
2014. This represents a 6.25% increase over last quarter’s regular
common dividend.
The Company will also pay a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per preferred
share to shareholders of record on June 16, 2014 and payable on July 15,
2014.
