On 22 May 2014, Martin Ellis, Construction Director, and Trevor Pereira,
Commercial and Digital Director, exercised capped options over Intu Properties
plc shares as follows:

All of these options were granted under the Company's unapproved share option
scheme. Mr Ellis and Mr Pereira sold all of their shares subject to the options

in Intu Properties plc shares remain at 12,857 (0.001%) and 27,247 (0.002%)
respectively following the exercise.
