Strategic Partners Fund Solutions (“Strategic Partners”) announced today
that Mark Burton has joined to lead its real estate secondaries
practice. Mr. Burton will serve as a Principal and oversee Strategic
Partners’ real estate secondary investment activities.
Mr. Burton joins Strategic Partners from H/2 Capital Partners, a
commercial real estate credit manager, where he was a Managing Director
focused on distressed commercial mortgage opportunities. Prior to
joining H/2, Mr. Burton worked at Goldman Sachs for eleven years in the
Special Situations Group overseeing domestic commercial real estate
investing and lending.
