NEW YORK, Aug. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Gail Grimmett, senior vice president – New York for Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL), has been elected to the Board of Directors of NYC & Company, the official marketing, tourism and partnership organization for the City of New York.

Grimmett was elected to a two-year term on the organization's board, and has been appointed to the group's Executive Committee. She joins 13 other new board members, as well as 14 ex-officio members elected this week.
