Tinkerine(TM) and SBCK (SoftBank Commerce Korea) Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Distribute 3D Printers and Education Curriculum Throughout Asia Pacific Market

The Partnership aims to make SBCK Tinkerine's exclusive sales and distribution partner for Korean and Asian Pacific Markets

VANCOUVER, Sept. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Tinkerine Studios Ltd. (TSXV: TTD and OTC Pink: TKSTF), Canada's leading manufacturer and distributor of 3D printers, today announced it has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding ("MOU") with SBCK Corp. ("SBCK"), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp, a global company and one of Asia's biggest technology related service providers.

Under the terms of the MOU, SBCK will be granted exclusive rights to distribute and sell Tinkerine's full suite of 3D printing products, which includes the high performance Ditto™ Pro prosumer 3D printer, its highly scalable Tinkerine U education technology platform, and its printer filament series into the Asian Pacific Region. Further, the parties will jointly develop various collaborative business opportunities covering the education, retail and enterprise sector, and will endeavour to negotiate and execute a formal agreement by October 31st, 2014.

Based in Seoul, South Korea, SBCK operates as a distributor of IT products, mobile solutions, and cloud services for the South Korean and Asian Pacific region. SBCK's customers and partners include Government agencies, public and higher education institutions, as well as major software companies like Microsoft, Adobe, and Autodesk.
