NR# 2014-22

VANCOUVER, B.C. / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / September 4, 2014 / Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V: MRS) - Mission Ready Services Inc. ("Mission Ready" or "MRSI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its partnership with Canadian pro football player, Johnny Forzani, and his company, High Heat Gear Inc. ("HHG") Through its wholly-owned Boston, Massachusetts-based operating division, Mission Ready Technologies, MRSI will work with HHG to further develop and refine its current line of products including their flagship heated glove and hand warmer innovations.

Canada's leader in heated clothing technology, HHG was formed to meet the need for lightweight, durable, high heat clothing to combat cold temperatures and enable people to stay outdoors and active all year round. HHG currently manufactures and sells heated gloves and hand warmers for use in sports, defense, medical and adjacent markets. Though very effective in its present form, proprietor Johnny Forzani has teamed up with Mission Ready to further develop and refine HHG's product line by utilizing the Company's highly qualified technology team and network of industry contacts.

Francisco J. Martinez, Mission Ready's Chief Technical Officer and Robotics Engineer, Adam Whitton, PhD, will lead the initial two-phase program to produce a smaller, lighter product with integrated smart technologies while improving the battery life. Initial prototypes with the newly incorporated technologies are anticipated to be ready for user evaluations within 8-months.

"Working alongside other industry frontrunners, we pride ourselves in being among the leading pioneers of smart textiles with integrated electronics, constantly advancing our technologies and range of products related to personal protection and sports," says Francisco Martinez, Chief Technical Officer of Mission Ready. "HHG shares many synergies with our product development division and we are excited to work alongside Johnny Forzani to introduce a few of the latest innovations into an already great product and take it to the next level."

About High Heat Gear Inc.

High Heat Gear is an innovative heated apparel business, based in Calgary, Alberta. HHG's goal is to create products that have multiple uses allowing people to work or play comfortably in cold weather conditions.

'The Heats' were created out of a need to combine high performance sportswear with weather-defying insulation and warmth in a single heated glove.

The vision of Calgary Stampeders' starting receiver Johnny Forzani, High Heat Gear uses lightweight but powerful rechargeable battery to fuel patent-pending technology creating some of the warmest heated gloves available commercially.
