Under the terms of the agreement, public shareholders of Move would
receive $21.00 in cash for each share of Move they own.
The investigation concerns whether Move’s board of directors failed to
adequately shop the Company and obtain the best possible value for
Move’s shareholders before entering into an agreement with News Corp.
According to Yahoo! Finance, at least one analyst has issued a price
target for Move at $23.00 per share.
