Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced that its
board of directors will ask shareholders at its next annual general
meeting (AGM) to approve the election to the board of directors of
Dimitri Panayotopoulos, senior advisor with the Boston Consulting Group
and former vice chairman of the Procter & Gamble Company.

At the AGM, the board will also ask shareholders to re-elect the current

Logitech will announce the date of the AGM after the Company files its
FY 2014 10-K with the SEC. Logitech is working to file its 10-K as soon
