Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Mr. Ryan Kalt reports that effective November 6, 2014 he has beneficially acquired 3,084,013 common shares (the “Common Shares”) in the capital of Strike Graphite Corp. (SRK - TSX Venture)(“Strike Graphite”) pursuant to a shares for debt transaction.

 The Common Shares were acquired through Kalt Industries Ltd., a company owned by Mr. Kalt, at a deemed value of $0.05 per Common Share. The Common Shares represent 15.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Strike Graphite as at November 6, 2014 based upon 20,315,432 common shares issued and outstanding by Strike Graphite.

Additionally, Mr. Kalt previously held or controlled a total of 881,400 Common Shares and 733,500 Common Share purchase warrants in the capital of Strike Graphite.
 

If Mr. Kalt were to exercise all of the Common Share purchase warrants, it would represent a post-exercise total of 4,846,813 Common Shares, or approximately 23.9% of the issued and outstanding capital of the Issuer on a partially-diluted basis assuming the full exercise of the Common Share purchase warrants.

Mr. Kalt effected the acquisition of Common Shares of Strike Graphite for investment purposes and reserves the right to directly or indirectly purchase additional securities of Strike Graphite from time to time or to directly or indirectly dispose of any securities of Strike Graphite that he may own or control.

There are no other persons acting jointly or in concert with Mr. Kalt.
