RBC Road to the World Juniors pre-tournament schedule announced for 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship

CALGARY, Nov. 13, 2014 /CNW/ - With the help of some of Canada's most-loved Team Canada alumni at multiple events this morning, Hockey Canada and presenting partner RBC announced the schedule for the RBC Road to the World Juniors. This pre-tournament tour of exhibition games, ahead of the 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship will extend the excitement of world-class hockey outside of the two tournament host cities, Toronto and Montreal.

Eight cities across Ontario and Quebec will play host to international teams, featuring 10 games from Dec. 19-23, before the 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship begins Dec. 26 in Toronto, Ont., and Montreal, Que.

Ticket packages for the 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship are still available in both cities.

In Toronto, 19-game packages include one Team Canada pre-competition game, 10 preliminary round games, two quarter-finals, two relegation round games, two semifinals, the bronze medal game and gold medal game. 

In Montreal, 13-game ticket packages are still available, including one Team Canada pre-competition game, four Team Canada preliminary round games, six other round robin games, and two quarter-finals.

In addition, three new mini ticket packages are now on sale in Montreal, featuring four or five games, including at least one Team Canada game. Mini packages begin at $170, plus applicable fees.
